What is Maidcore?
Maidcore is a loose genre that takes some musical cues from breakcore, though often incorporating themes of post metal and post rock. Artists in this genre take on the identity of one of Futaba Channel's fictional Nijiura Maids, and create music evocative of the associated character's theming and concept.
